Depending on the brand, cheerleading shoes can get quite expensive, with some nearing $100. This can add up quickly, considering new shoes are typically needed every season. And, if you’re making a team purchase, a $100 for twelve or so team members is a lot of money! While the old adage that “you get what you pay for” is often true, you can still find the balance between a good cheer shoe and one that doesn’t break the bank. The one downside is that, because they’re clearance cheer shoes, sizes are limited. This may not cause problems for individual cheerleaders purchasing shoes, but will likely be difficult for teams to find several of the same shoe in specific sizes. Chasse Cloud, $19.95 This shoe is definitely one of the best cheer shoe deals we’ve ever encountered. The Cloud is an indoor-only shoe that is the lightest cheer shoe we’ve ever seen, coming in at 3.9 oz. This shoe has a low profile and hand grips, which are helpful during group stunts. A competition shoe for less than $20 is hard to come by so if you’re looking for an indoor shoe, snatch this one up fast! Power Lite, $24.95 Another Power shoe, the Lite comes in just under $25 (and Campus Teamwear offers team pricing on this shoe). Although lightweight (6 oz), this shoe can still be worn on the sidelines. With enhanced durability and slip lasted comfort, this shoe is also great for competitions, as well! Zoe Cheer Revolution, $14.95 This is the least expensive shoe on the list and it’s one of the least expensive shoes we’ve ever encountered. Great for youth squads, or sideline or competitive squads that don’t heavily rely on tumbling, this shoe was designed for superior traction and lightweight cushioning.
