Welcome back to Round Two of Cheer Shoe Review! We looked at several Nike cheer shoes; this time, it’s all about Chasse, a top cheerleading brand dedicated to providing high quality items at a low price. Whether your squad is on a budget or just wants a high-performance cheer shoe, Chasse is a great pick. Chasse cheerleading shoes are made precisely for a cheerleader’s unique footwear needs. These unique shoes are well equipped to endure fierce cheerleading maneuvers, with shock absorption, extra cushioning, and superior traction for safety during stunts and tricks. Chasse Flip II ($19.95 at Campus Teamwear) The Flip II is a great shoe for cheerleaders wanting traction support during stunting and tumbling. The outsole is made of a low profile molded rubber and the insole has extra cushioning and shock absorption – no hurt feet when dismounting or landing! The synthetic leather is easy to clean and interchangeable color cards are included so even your cheer shoes will be school spirited and matching your cheer uniform! Chasse Star ($22.95 at Omni Cheer) Soar and fly as high as the stars in the lightweight (6.7 oz.) and low profile Star cheer shoe. The great thing about this shoe is that it was built to keep feet secure and supported. The inner sole is form-fitting thanks to double cushioning, the blown rubber outsole increases flexibility and durability on all surfaces (indoor or out), and the midsole has lightweight cushioning and is molded for a low profile. Don’t forget about the lacing system, which has a full foot webbing support system. These shoes help keep you safe when stunting! Chasse Ace ($25.95 at Campus Teamwear) The Ace is an all-around great cheer shoe that’s both comfortable and supportive for stunts, jumps, and dance moves. It’s lightweight (6.8 oz.) and low profile, but the inner sole is double cushioned for maximum comfort. Although it’s lightweight, the blown rubber outsole is durable and even has secure hand grips, making scorpions that much easier to do! The upper is made of synthetic leather and aero-sateen, which makes the shoe flexible and easy to move around in. The Ace is also slip lasted so it won’t obstruct any foot motions, whatever the stunt or dance move. To keep the shoe braced around your foot, the lacing system is webbed with bubble laces. Chasse Cloud ($32.95 at Omni Cheer) Appropriately named, the Cloud is one of the lightest cheerleading shoes on the market (only 3.9 oz.!). This show is low profile and form fitting, ensuring a supportive and comfortable fit. Because it is so lightweight, the Cloud is only for indoor use. However, with controlled traction and easy gripping for stunts, this is the perfect shoe for competitions and indoor pep rallies and games. This shoe is so light you won’t even realize you’re wearing shoes! But better than being barefoot, the outsole has stunting grips and traction to improve your performance and keep you on your toes. No slips or trips with the Cloud! Do you wear or have you worn Chasse cheer shoes? What do you love about them and what is your favorite style? Share your own review!
