Speaking of health, remember that healthy bodies come in all different shapes and sizes. It’s a shame to waste even a minute of your life being unhappy with a perfectly healthy body, so if you struggle with body image issues, we gave you five things to keep in mind to help you bounce back to enjoying and appreciating your health. Going back to school can be rough. You don’t get to sleep in anymore, you have to go to classes instead of doing whatever you want all day, and you have homework.
