After the cheer squad appealed to students, faculty, and staff, their academic year suspension has been decreased to social probation for fall semester only. The team must also complete 650 hours of community service within the semester. While the team will be allowed to practice, they cannot perform or participate in any games, events, or functions. It was never revealed what the hazing incident included, and whether or not the entire team was involved. Now that the case is closed, it will probably always remain a mystery.
